BEAD Final Proposal
The Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program provides more federal funding to North Carolina to expand high-speed internet access for its residents and businesses. The Final Proposal describes our progress in implementing the approved Initial Proposal, including the results of its deployment subgrantee selection process, and provides an update to the previously approved BEAD Initial Proposal Volume 1 and Volume 2.
